Report to: Program Lead
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Program Lead along with other Team members
- Plan and execute the activities related to capacity building and leadership development of women and girls (cis and trans)
- Conduct community outreach and leadership training workshops based on the need of the program
- Network and maintain dialogue with relevant stakeholders e.g. participants, donors, community stakeholders, organisational partners
- Monitor the transaction and overall progress of the program activities and progress towards achieving the output
- Execute the promotion of the program and facilitate all the media and social media activities
- Prepare monthly reports of the activities related to the project
- Develop and manage monthly goals for the project, and execute the goals
- Manage and foster alliance and partnerships for the program
- Suggest strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the program by identifying bottlenecks in completing program activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks
- Prepare periodic report progress on all program activities
- Resource pool for the effective implementation of the program
- Develop and manage media content for relationship management
- Perform other duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- Must have education and/or professional experience in women’s studies/ gender studies/sexuality/empowerment
- Bachelors in Gender Studies, Women Studies, Project Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of progressively responsible professional work experience
- Excellent computer skills especially using MS Suite
- Excellent communications skills
- Proficient in both English and Nepali
- Strong interpersonal skills and PR management abilities
- Capable to work within the team and interdependently
- Strong analytical skills, solutions and goal oriented
- Managerial skills to strengthen the Project and Team
