Ujyalo Foundation was established in 2014 with a vision to enhance the number of women in decision making roles. Ujyalo Foundation is the only leadership and idea incubation institution for women that caters to a wide range of age group from 12 years and above.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with SMTs, Executive Director along with other team members.
- Plan and execute the activities of MOMs project.
- Conduct community outreach and leadership training workshops based on the need of the program for MOMs application.
- Network and maintain a dialogue with relevant stakeholders e.g. Service Providers (mothers), Service users, Mobile app developers, different organizations and community people to ensure collaboration, and synergy for the growth of MOMs.
- Monitor the transaction and overall progress of the program activities and progress towards achieving the output.
- Execute the promotion of the MOMS and facilitate all the media and social media activities.
- Suggest strategies for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the program by identifying bottlenecks in completing program activities and developing plans to minimize or eliminate such bottlenecks.
- Prepare periodic report progress on all program activities.
- Handle customer services and compliances from the users, and the customers.
- Coordinate with the developers and other payment vendors for any concern issues.
- Perform other duties as required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
- University degree in management/social science or any other relevant field
- Minimum of 1 year of progressively responsible professional work experiences in program or project cycle management
- Excellent computer skills especially using the MS Suite
- Excellent spoken and written English. Some of these values are a plus point as well!
- Have an ability of multitasking and organizational skills

- A prior knowledge regarding the mobile phone application
